I read the tutorial about Jitter Filter, but I don't understand well how to use it and which is the algoritm used in this filter.
Would you suggest me other link or information about this?

We do not have much documentation about Jitter Removal filter as of yet. The main documentation is the Wiki article about it:

Jitter Removal filter is designed for animation.

It may or may not be useful for non-animation applications, like measuring human motion parameters for medical studies etc.
