If you use a USB Bluetooth Adapter with PS Move or Wii Motion Plus controllers, here's a useful tip:
Bluetooth seems to have a fairly short range, especially if your computer happens to be in another room like mine is and partially blocked by a wall. I found that, when the adapter was connected directly into the computer, the accuracy of the controllers diminished greatly when it was 10 or more feet away from the computer. What to do?
To improve the accuracy, I attached an extra USB repeater (a.k.a., active USB) cable to the comptuer to bring the Bluetooth adapter into the room where I was recording, and placed it on the floor next to the capture space. Now the controller devices are as precisely accurate as if I were standing directly in front to the computer.
