Is it possible to capture in 25 FPS in the future ? I'm a french user and the standard FPS here is 25 FPS.

And is it normal that feet are not "touching" the ground when I put the right height of the model ?
I have to exagerate much more the height of the model. (1.85m to 2.03 m)

Kinect Sensor does not support 25 FPS.

What happened after "Refit Pose" button clicking? Is 1.85m-model aligned correctly? If no then please provide us with screenshots.

Is the calibration correct? A quick way to check is to rotate your view and look at where the cameras are position. If they are positioned where you expect them, then it's probably okay. But if they are sharing the same space, then the calibration data is missing. Try reloading the data. If that doesn't work, you many need to recalibrate the scene data and resave it, or just start over from scratch.

Also, check the height of your actor. It appears to be shorter than the performer's volume.

This doesn't explain why the feet are floating though; my guess is that we're looking at a combination of the two problems.

Hope this helps.

(FWIW, my very first two-Kinect calibration effort failed miserably, probably because I missed a step. After that, I've had perfect calibration every time, so it's very important to follow all the steps.)

Hello.

Thanks for the reply. This is a one kinect capture so there is no calibration to do I think.
It's very strange because before the last realese, there was no problème.

Could you please share with us your video and project files? Video can be short (only background and T-pose).

Also note that you can rollback to the previous version of iPi Studio:
- Open Control Panel.
- Choose Add/Remove Programs
- Select "iPi Desktop Motion Capture" item in list of installed software
- Click Remove/Change button above the list
- In the dialog "iPi Desktop Motion Capture Maintenance" select "Restore the application to its previous state" and click Ok
- Skip autoupdate during starting of iPi Studio
