There are times you accidentally made a mistake and would like to return it from its original. This is important when using the Rotate/Move/IK because it sometimes messes up the actor when you for example trying to rotate the elbow but mistakenly move the hip instead. A simple CTRL+Z should snap it back. |

I totally agree undo is important and we should implement it. Unfortunately, it is rather complex and currently we don't have it. As a temporary workaround, I recommend that you save previous versions as separate project files. Then you can go back to older file if you need to undo. Our current top-priority feature being worked on right now is jitter removal. That will be a relatively fast post-processing filter somewhat similar to "smooth/sharpen". iPi Studio will break down captured animation into "transitions" and "stationary poses" and filter them differently, so that animation does not have jitter or foot skate while preserving the natural dynamic look of fast/complex motions. Most of our users press us to deliver these features in this order: 1) Jitter removal 2) Speed improvement 3) Everything else I hope you agree these are right priorities. |
