Post subject:  Sugestions for a better production

Hello.

After two weeks of intense use of our favourite software, and more than 100 captures for our production, I have some sugestions, maybe already written on this forum.

Is it possible/usefull to have:

-An undo and redo.

-Gizmo with constant size gizmo,in IK and Rotate tools.
When you have to correct a lot positions during a long take, it's very hard to select the tiny cross of the foot in a cam view. Tou have to zoom in, move on, then zoom out chech if it's good, and so one....

-The possibility to copy poses of selected parts. Actually, you can copy the entire pose, but I have a lot of example which everythings are good except one foot, and if this foot is motionless, it would be very easy to copy one position of it, and paste it during the time.

-I see in 3Dsmax that the biped walk on his toes, the foot is not flat, is it normal or I have to corect it in 3dsmax ?
The possibility of a "flat" function for the feet is it acceptable ?

-I say it at the begin of this post, we have a huge stock of motions to track. Can we have in the future the posibility of a batchlist. I mean after preparing a lot of scenes, the posibility for the sofware opening scene after scene and tracking those, like a lot of multiple diferents sequences.

-The posibility to choose which part of the body is afected by the tracking.
I mean sometime, the tracking is good for the legs but there are some mistakes for the arms, so I pass in backward way, it corect the arms but put some mistakes to the legs, so I pass again in foreward and so one... If we can choose which parts are afected by the tracking, we would be able to corect easily everything.

-And a big things, the difference beetween right and left for the arms, it would be much simple for the discussions capture for example when the arms are crossing themselfs or passing front of the face.

Anyway this software is brilliant and comming soon some examples of our production.

PS. We tried successfully to track someone walking up and down on a stair, GREAT !!!

Thanks for feedback. Your suggestions are reasonable, we'll be working in this direction. It will take some time to implement.

Right now the next big new feature we'll be working on is head tracking.

A quick workaround is to open multiple instances of iPiStudio and start tracking in parallel.
