I've noticed this as well -- foot tracking is often complicated by this with 2 Kinects, though I don't have as much trouble with a multi-camera setup due to the fact I have my actor wear socks that are a different color than their pants. |

Yes, my problem too. :) Additionally, I find that part of the volume for the feet may be clipped from the bottom, which affects the stability of the track. This was mostly apparent when I tracked my daughter's cat video--because her feet are so small, the clipping sometime cut off her feet entirely. (I mentioned this in another thread a while ago so the iPi guys are already aware of the problem.) In this case, having big feet actually helps. G. |
