I like to make a feature request for resizing parts of the body like the thighs and arms. Because my actor doesn't exactly fit with the character in IPI.

Yes, it would be nice to have more control over individual body parts.

That said, have you tried increasing Body Mass Index and the pulling back on the other items? This will give you bigger arms and legs. If you decrease the BMI and scale up the other items, you can have skinnier arms.

If the limbs are too long or too short, try scaling the height of the actor slightly. It's been recommended that the actor should be scaled slightly taller than actual height but with some performers I find that shorter works better because of the way the limbs fit.

I know neither of these options is exactly what you asked for but it may help.

Yes, we are planning to make actor's model more customizable. Most probably, this feature will be a part of the next version.

Clarifying. I meant the next major version, aka "v3", which will be a paid upgrade.

It's on the way - in February, according to current estimates. Don't worry, it will be a free update for v2 users, as announced.

+1 for this feature, in particular resizing the arms. The iPi model always has longer arms than me...

Just an idea, maybe too hard to implement: since a perfect match between the 3D model and the actor directly effects the capture quality (as far as I know), what about an automatic morphology fit of the actor, after the pose is fine?

Thanks for sharing.
We're thinking about this too. Maybe also automatic detection of T-pose.
