I've always appreciated that I can double-click on a Take and have the Region of Interest automatically adjust to the length of the Take.

I would also like to do the opposite--that is to make the Take automatically adjust to the length of the ROI.

For example, the first thing I do when loading a motion video is set my ROI In point to the end of the last frame of the T-Pose and then set my ROI Out point to trim off any junk footage at the end, and the second thing I do is manually adjust my first Take's end points to match range of the ROI. It's not a huge deal but it would be extra nice if I could simply Ctrl-double-click or Alt- double-click on a Take to make it automatically scale to fit the adjusted length of the ROI.

Thanks for listening. :)

Thanks for sharing.
Regarding your example. Maybe you should change the order of your actions - first adjust the take, then set the ROI to it.

Oh, well there is that. I think I need more sleep. Thanks. :)

The main reason I did the ROI first is that I can set I/O points easily using the i and o keys. It's much more precise and requires no mousing around.

Hmm. Now I'm wondering, is there a version of the i and o keys for Takes?

Sorry, I don't want to make a big deal out of this because there are other issues I would prefer that you guys go after. :)

No, and it hardly would be. Because there is no notion of "selected take" to determine the take to which these keys should be applied.
However, you can double click on take's edge (in or out) to easily set it to the current frame. This works for ROI as well.

Thanks for the tip--I think that will do it for me. :)

I'm back to tracking today, at least for a couple of hours, and this tip works brilliantly! In fact, it's much faster than what I was doing before.

Thank you so much for the information.
