Haven't seen any thing like this and have no idear how to fix it, but when i launch ipisoft all letters seem to be "boxes". Any idears of whats wrong or help would be great (not having this problem in any other programs and ipi recorder works just fine).

What's your OS language and the locale set in international settings?
Check whether you have the "Segoe UI" font installed.
Try to reinstall .NET Framework 3.5.
