I use the 1520 model Kinect. Unfortunately, the camera in iPi Mocap Studio 4 is facing down towards the floor. What could be the problem?

Hello,

Most likely, not enough floor points is visible. Could please share screenshot of point cloud with background (main menu -> View -> untick Hide Background item)?
