Hi,
I have problem with Ipi soft studio

Everything used to work perfectly. After swapping my graphics card for a newer one (GeForce 5070), the AI-based tracking stopped working.
Well… it half-works – if I keep spamming “OK” on the popup message, the animation still processes frame by frame, but obviously I’m not going to sit there clicking OK endlessly.
Is this some kind of bug? How do I fix it?
Everything works fine without any AI tracking, but the moment I try to use any AI feature anywhere, these issues start appearing.

See attached image for error

Hello, please make sure that you're using the latest version of iPi Mocap Studio and please install version 0.8.7 of NVIDIA AR SDK from the following link: https://www.nvidia.com/en-eu/geforce/broadcasting/broadcast-sdk/resources/

The thing is that support for GeForce RTX 50 Series Graphics Cards was introduced only in NVIDIA AR SDK 0.8.7 (version 0.8.2 does not support RTX 50 Series).

For additional information please read the following release notes:
https://docs.ipisoft.com/iPi_Mocap_Studio_Release_Notes#ver._4.6.7.269
