error!!!

i always get a standard error when i start ipi mocap:
ipi soft has got a problem and must shut down....

Can you please let us know:

1) You operating system
2) Your video card model

It should help us track down the problem.

i use windows xp 32bit and i have ati radeon xpress 200m series with SM2.0

Unfortunately, our software is not compatible with your video card. You need a video card with support for SM 4.0 in order to run our software.
