Hi, I get black image on the the color camera on iPi Recorder, depth camera is ok. It's seems to be random, sometimes it starts ok, sometimes it doesn't. Happen the same on 3 different computers with 4 different Kinect Azure, is very strange, tried with and without the sync cable. On Azure Kinect Viewer is working ok, but after launching iPi Recorder and hitting the record button, if color camera doesn't start, then if I close iPi recorder and open again de Kinect Viewer, color camera also doesnt start. I've to power cycle the Azure and I get it working ok again on Kinect Viewer. I've tried different USB 3 ports (all intel), same ports sometimes works and sometimes not. But when I get it working, it gets pretty stable until I quit iPi Recorder, so if the color camera starts, I cannot close iPi Recorder because it may not open it again ok.
What could be the problem?
PCs are all i7 with Windows 10, a Desktop with GTX 1080, a notebook with RTX 2070 and another notebook with RTX 2080.
