Hi,
I've been wracking my brain over this issue, and I just can't seem to solve it.

I recently bought:
4 x PS Move Controllers (Model: CECH-ZCM2U),
and a cheap USB Bluetooth adapter (https://launchstudio.bluetooth.com/ListingDetails/75270).

Unfortunately, I am only able to connect 1 x controller to the Recording Software at a time.
I know all controllers are charged, and they all work individually with the software, but I'd like to connect 3 controllers simultaneously for hand/head tracking.

In iPiSoft Recorder, I am able to:
1) Add Device.
2) Plug in the controller.
3) Plug out the controller.
4) Pair with the first controller.
5) Use the first controller.

But all controllers after that, never reach stage 4 - stuck at the pairing process.

Under Bluetooth and Other devices, 2 x "motion controllers" are paired, yet only 1 controller can connect at a time - and my PC thinks it's the same device regardless of which controller I try to connect. Also, even if the Move controller is switched off after connecting, the PC still thinks it's connected.

Should I try and buy 2 more adapters for each controller?
Should I buy a completely different adapter?

Thank you!

I'm not sure but looks like an issue with your BT adapter which probably limits the number of connected devices or the total bandwidth. Please look for replacing it.

Unfortunately, I don't have a ready-made list of suitable BT adapters. However, I previously tested with ASUS USB-BT400 (BT 4.0) and it worked fine with multiple CECH-ZCM2 devices. Also I've just checked with a more modern ASUS USB-BT500 (BT 5.0) and was able to pair CECH-ZCM2 plus CECH-ZCM1 (later revision without a magnetometer).

Windows doesn't support multiple BT adapters, so this is not an option. We used to recommend MotioninJoy BT drivers for that previously, but it's long out of support so we don't recommend it anymore.
