hi there ,i just bought a pair of joy con , manage to connect to my pc using Bluetooth , but somehow ipi recorder cant connect to my joy con ? what else I need to do

I've just checked. I was able to pair a JoyCon within iPi Recorder (using Add Device menu) without a problem.
However, it does not reconnect automatically when I turn it off and on again. And it does not connect if I try to pair it again unless I remove it from the list of Bluetooth devices. The behavior is the same for both L and R controllers.

I guess there were some changes in the Windows BT implementation which led to those changes. It happened before, so I won't be surprised to see it again. We'll look if we can fix JoyCon support in iPi Recorder to handle this properly.

In the meanwhile, the workaround is to pair JoyCons each time before use. And before pairing, you need to remove them from the list of BT devices (Bluetooth & other devices tab of the Settings app).
