I finally get my Kinects working a couple days ago, but now when I try to boot up Recorder to keep working on setting it up, it keeps fucking crashing before it even scans for devices.

I am so tired. I finally get something in this accursed software working after getting an entirely new laptop because my last one couldn't install msi's, and the SECOND things start going well, it's ripped away from me. And I keep yelling into a void. I'm almost certain I won't find a solution, because this software is so obscure, and I so frequently encounter inexplicable computer problems nobody's encountered before. I might have wasted money on two different Kinects, and possibly even an entire fucking laptop. I just want things to work FOR ONCE.

It would be nice if you provide us with some technical details like:

• version of iPi Recorder
• version of Kinect sensors (V1, V2 AKA for XBox One, Azure)
• what drivers do you have?
• what OS do you have?
• is there something useful in Windows Event Log about these crashes?
• does iPi Recorder crashe only when Kinect devices connected?
• does iPi Recorder work with single Kinect device?
