| Post subject: | iPi Sudio Calibrate will not start Help |
Hello I’m new to the forums and I’m thinking about buying you guys motion capture software for a project I’m working on but I’m having a really big problem that is stopping everything which is the calibrating everything I shot. For some reason I have a file I did on my laptop but it has very low frame rate of 4 and I was able to get that to calibrate but then I redid everything on my desktop because its more powerful and I was able to get 30fps with the 3 Logitech web cams but now everything i hit the calibrate button it’s like the software just freeze up and it doesn’t do anything but if I hit the open button and load the video then it starts to calibrate but it crashes afterwards. Can someone please help me figure this out? I really want to buy this software but if I can get this to work then I’ll have to look at other options. I manage to do several tutorials that I found on the u guys site but for whatever reason when I get to calibration time things just stop working with my video but they work with the tutorial videos which kind of leads me to think that I am doing something wrong but I was able to get it to calibrate with one of my videos which isn’t usable for me because I had very bad lighting with a very low frame rate. |

Okay guys sorry I think I may have figure out the problem. Its with you guys iPi Studio program. It seems it will not calibrate or create the motion with I use a video file that is 30frames per second so i took the video files into after effects and made them 25 frames per second and I was able to get everything working correctly. I also try to capture the video with you gusy recorder at 25fps but it still spit the video out at 30fps. I didnt notice anyone else having this problem so i guess its something ipisoft needs to look into. |
