Post subject:  Error installing calibration software
I downloaded the Calibration .zip file then tried to run the setup. I get the following error:

Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection or contact your system administrator or network service provider.

More information:

I tried to install the software on my PC at home and it installed fine. After looked at the details again above, I'm thinking it's a .NET error. I'll have my friend double-check his .NET version.

Of course now as I read more into what I'm doing I realize that the calibration tool is basically not needed anymore. I feel like an idiot.

Early on I too spent a lot of time with it before realizing I didn't need it. :)

Anyway, I believe the Calibration tool is still used if you're not using a Logitech camera, which seems to have a consistent fov of around 75, which is DMC's default setting now.

I don't have Calibration installed anymore but, FYI, it did run on my system. I just tried downloading it now, and that went fine too...their server must have had a 'hiccup' when you tried to download earlier.

Hello, I am an absolute newbie to this software and I really like its idea a lot but I'm stack right on the first tutorial - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bko8gPKh ... 8&index=39

Even when I import the video I'm going to use I still don't have a "calibration" tab, so I just wanted to ask is this that calibration tool you're talking about? Is that the thing that I don't need anymore? or is this perhaps some other calibration that is indeed necessary?

Any help would be appreciated! :)
