Why have you removed low res tracking? Of course the results are very good, but it takes 10 times longer to track in the new version. What specs do you propose for the new version then?
Also i have to ask: does software track spine rotation, because it looks like it's not.
It seems that dmc can't track spine, neck, head, shoulders and wrists. Well everything except the spine can be easily animated, so i would suggest you to look into that first for the next versions.
Just an observation, i didn't mean to be rude:)

Sorry for removing low-res tracking. We will bring it back in one of upcoming versions. But it only makes sense now as an option for slow computers. For fast computers, tracking in new version is actually faster because it's single-pass now (it you do not count relatively fast Jitter Removal pass). Earlier, low-res tracking was an additional pass.

Please note that low-res tracking makes sense only for slow computers (like notebooks). On fast computers there is very little difference between low-res an high-res tracking. For example, with a GeForce GTX 285 it takes 1.7 seconds per frame in high-res and 1.3 seconds per frame in low-res.

We do track spine in current version. If you have videos where spine is not tracked correctly, could you please send me a sample video (we promise we will only use it for debugging; we can sign an NDA if required). Alternatively, you can just describe the motion and we will try to reproduce it in our testing.

Ok, i've sent you an email with a link to a video via the email button in your post. I'll be waiting for an answer.

Thanks, I received the video. I did not have time to process complete video, but first few seconds of processed animation (frames 1510-1621) look more or less OK. Can you please explain where is the problem? (please specify frame numbers).

One quick note: in your video, actor wears white T-short. White is not recommended for torso color because shadows are very visible on white. Best would be to use some primary color (e.g. red, green or blue). For your environment, I would recommend a green or a blue T-short, blue jeans and red sleeves.

Ok, now i see that new version with hires tracking bend the spine, but still there's a problem at frames 3446-3530. I think the model have too much joint limitations, or something else, because the actor(me:)) has relatively good flexibility, and it confuses the tracking.
