Please make sure you have Xvid codec installed. Tutorial file is encoded with Xvid. |

Thanks for your response. I have Xvid, but the program still crashes and gives me this error: EventType : clr20r3 P1 : ipistudio.exe P2 : 1.0.0.0 P3 : 4a461d81 P4 : windowsbase P5 : 3.0.0.0 P6 : 488f1338 P7 : 7c3 P8 : eb P9 : system.argumentexception Any clue what the problem might be? Thanks Thom |

Thanks Thom This looks like a bug. Can I ask you to send me some of your video files that lead to this crash? I only need some simple test file, not necessarily your motion capture video. Please also check if you can play your video file using Windows Media Player. Our software uses DirectShow to open video files, just like Windows Media Player does. Sometimes old version of DivX Player or DivX codec can install extra AVI splitters that can cause similar problem. Upgrading or removing DivX can help. |
