Can you please describe the problem in more detail. What version you were using before update? What version do you use now? What do you see in Help->About dialog? What particular functionality does not work for you? |

Have you tried re-entering your registration code? Just curious. I had something like that happen before but that was a long time ago. G. |

Yes, that worked. Thank god for search-able email. I forgot where I put the code. Normally it is in a book but I know I wrote it down wrong. |

Sorry for this problem, we will investigate why this happens. For now, the workaround is just to re-enter your unlock key. If you lost your unlock key, you can email us and we'll help you to recover it. |
