As per subject line, I've been having some issues hooking up 2 Kinects on my laptop.

Now I know I have >1 USB Controllers as I have connected and recorded footage with iPi recorder using 4 PS3 eye cameras without any issues. So any idea why the same with 2 Kinect cameras wouldn't work and also if there's anything I could try?

I tried pretty much all the combinations of different USB ports and every time I get the yellow warning sign in Device Manager when I connect the second camera.

Thanks!

Just thought I'd post an update on this to say that I must have been mistaken about my laptop having 2 USB controllers.

I ended up completely changing my set up and doing the mocap session my desktop which did work in the end.

Boy was it worth it...you guys have created an amazing piece of software. I have to say I was blown away by the quality of the results. Having used the PS3 Eye setup before the improvement in both quality as well as ease of use/calibration/general set up is absolutely mind blowing!

Congratulations and thanks for creating this. I for one will be purchasing your software.

I made the same mistake. LOL. :)

I use iPi and dual Kinect with my workstation now and I agree; it's pretty amazing!
