I have just downloaded the IPI studio and Recorder, and both promptly crash on me once installed, Having just read your forums I believe that only DX10 and Shader 4.0 is supported is this correct?

If so can you make this plain in the downloads so that other users do not waste their time in downloading it, only to find that it will not run on their machines.

I am running XP with shader 2.0 Gfx card at the moment

iPi Recorder should work on older graphics cards. Can you please post a copy of error message it displays when crashing?

iPi Studio also should not crash but should display an error message.

We will investigate this problem and will try to fix it.
