Hello,

I just tried to upgrade, it is asking for returning customer info which I assume I need to put in as I am after an upgrade but I dont have it because I bought the basic version from a reseller (least i dont think i do) does this matter? shall i just put new customer and it will be ok? I popped my email in the resent login info and an error came so i dont have an account (assume as used a reseller)

Thanks
