Hope someone from IPI can help, last year I bought IPI express and since then I have a new pc after my other died, I would like to use IPI again and also upgrade to basic however when i tried to re install it, and put in my key it said its already registered, and I have read on the forum here that to fix this i need to log into IPI to turn off my old account, which returns the licence so i can re activate it.

Problem I got is I cant do this as I cant get onto my old PC as its dead so I emailed support and its been over a day now and not got it sorted yet.

I would like to have my IPI all upgraded and working by the weekend as I need to use it so can you let me know what I need to do and how long it could take prehaps?
