Hi Mocap experts.
. I knew the workflow for Ipi 1,and I have the standard edition, so it is supposed to support 2 Kinect sensors.
But Ipi recorder 2.0 has changed the interface, and only recognizes 1 Kinect at a time, and the video also shows only 1 camera.Am I wrong ?
Even the 2 Kinect Sensors workflow Tutorials, (Great revolution) teaching How to capture more acurate movements ,vanished from the Net and from this site.
Correct me if I am wrong.
Did We lose the capacity to calibrate 2 cameras and capture more than 180 degrees ??Really ?I must be wrong.
Did anyone tried that 2 Kinect capture with version 2.0? and Would share a " how to" with me ?
Just upgraded to version 2.0 of Standard edition.
Also, Please, don't make my topic float alone here for too long waiting for reply, as I am testing Ipi 2.0 for production right now and acquired 2 relatively expensive,
kinect sensors for those tests. Also had to pay almost 400 bucks for the upgrade.

Hi
What driver do you use to work with Kinects: Kinect SDK or PrimeSense?
Can you provide us with the trace log taken after Recorder has completed cameras detection? To get trace log, open the tools menu at the top-right and press the SHOW TRACE button.

Thank you !!!

It worked after instaling the Kinect latest SDK,Thank you for the info.
I am sending the log atached , copied before the sdk instalation.
Now I lack only a good tutorial on tracking in Ipi 2.0 with 2 Kinect sensors .
Do we need a big card , in order to calibrate the cameras ?
txt is not allowed , so I am sending the info written.

Calibration process for Kinects remains the same in v2 as it was in v1.x. Except you don't need "background part" in the beginning of calibration video, cause there is a separate stage in Recorder 2 to evaluate the background. Hope we will find enough time soon to update docs.

I moved trace log to zipped attachment. Hope you don't mind this interference to your post.
