Whenever I use iPi Recorder with the two kinect cameras the control that allows you to move the kinect up and down to orientate the sensor it appears to move the opposite camera and not the camera being viewed. Even if you try and swap the cameras it does the same thing.

Any idea why?

This is a problem that appears sometimes with PrimeSense drivers for Kinect. When the driver enumerates devices, it provides cameras and motors in different order, so they do not match each other. Try switching to Kinect SDK drivers if you have Windows 7.
