Hi,

I'm just having some issues trying to figure out how the new ipi recorder 2. The issue I'm having is with the (.ipivideo) video output.

The older version outputs at (.avi) which I can open in ipi studio, but with the ipivideo output I can't seem to be able to open it in Studio, nor in the converter section of ipi recorder.

The video is recorded though and when I double click it it does open the video in recorder, I just can't convert it.

Any suggestions?

Is this with iPi Recorder 1.0 data for PS3 Eye or Kinect? I've successfully converted 1.0 Kinect data to 2.0 using Converter but haven't tried this with PS3 Eye data yet.

To open .iPiVideo file in Studio, you should hit New button, not Open. This will bring up the New Project wizard.
Also you can just drag'n'drop .iPiVideo file to Studio.
