Has anyone had issues with the controller not pairing? My computer tries to pair and as soon as it finds and tries to connect, the controller shuts down. I tested to see if its the computer or the controller. I clicked the play station button without the computer trying to pair and it flashes for a long time, but as soon as i try to pair, it turns off. i even downloaded MotionJoy DS3 Tool and Identical happens. I'm having a feeling I need a new adapter. Which adapters are you guys using? Im using the logitech bluetooth adapter v2.0, I tried a generic USB adapter and that doesn't work either. The bluetooth adapter pairs with my bluetooth speakers, logitech mouse, Logitech Keyboard and mini keyboard. Windows 8 x64 bit Pro. |

We were experiencing such issues when pairing PS Move through standard Windows Add Bluetooth device procedure. The pairing algorithm implemented in iPi Recorder corrects this behavior. If you are pressing PS button every time immediately after the led stops blinking during pairing - the controller should pair without any trouble. This also may be an OS-related issue. I'll check on Win8 Release Preview and post here. FYI I'm using ASUS USB-BT211 dongle. |

I've checked pairing on Win8 Release Preview and it did not work :( I'm not sure now what is the cause, we will continue investigation. Probably there are some differences in the Bluetooth implementation on Win8. |

Ok thanks and please use the RTM version if you can. Yes it appears that some bluetooth settings has changed from Windows 7. |

We've got a final Windows 8 Release, and continue to work on resolving this issue. However, this may take considerable time. |

We have found a solution using Motion in Joy drivers. We will publish an update to iPi Recorder in a few days, as well as instructions on setting things up. |

Awesome, although I tried using using joy drivers. See what I missed. |

My USB bluetooth adapter is made by Kensington. It's an older model I purchased a few years ago but it works perfectly with my two PS Move devices. I haven't tried it with Wii Motion Plus yet--will get around to that eventually. G. |
