Problems opening older files with the latest upgrade.

Hi, I'm kinda the new kid of the block, so please forgive me if I'm bringing up an old topic.

Just upgraded to latest version of IPI but, now my older files wont open, bummer. Anyone have or had this problem and was able to solve it, please share.

Hi,

If you're trying to convert 1.0 data to 2.0, you'll need to convert the video in Recorder to the new iPi 2.0 video format and re-track it in 2.0.

But if you're having trouble using an earlier 2.0 file in the latest versoin of 2.0, that's a whole other issue. If this is the case, hopefully tech support can help.

It is with v2.0, I never used v1.

David, we received similar bug report by email from other user. Could you please send to us one of such problematic iPiMocap project file (without video)? It should help us to debug and release bug fix ASAP. Thanks in advance.
