I have downloaded the trial and installed it. I can capture data and send it from the recorder to the editor using the send feature. The recording app works fine, no issues there.
When I use the editor I can use most of the features but none of the open, save, import or export menu items work. When I click any of these, the apps frame flashes like it's recognizing the command but the window/dialog never appears.

I've tried reinstalling, installing and running in admin mode and making a new user account and installing under that. Same results for each.

Any ideas?

Try suggested there solution with running 2 instances of iPi Mocap Studio. I know, it is not convenient, but at least might be a workaround for a while.
Unfortunately, it is a rare issue among our users we could not reproduce yet. So there is no guarantee it will be fixed soon :(

I tried running 2 instances with the same result. We will look for another mocap option.
