I have a same problem with him viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6714
But I don't know how to solve
I have tried a lot of computers,Are all the same problem
I am in despair,help me please!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried different models of BT dongles?
You can also try to use MotioninJoy BT drivers. See instructions in our wiki:

Still not success，ask a question,when"Choose matching options",I select"Do not use the code to match" Because it doesn't have a matching code，This is right?

What are you talking about? The code that Windows asks when pairing BT device with the controller? If you are using either pairing procedure in iPi Recorder, or in MiJ DS3 Tool, the code is never asked for.

Is your OS Windows 7 64-bit as in the post you've initially mentioned, or other version?

I mean when I add a Bluetooth adapter，window7 display"Choose matching options",I select"Do not use the code to match" Because it doesn't have a matching code！！
