Hi, cannot open avi in my ipisoft v1.3. Error message as follow: Message: Cannot open file. Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. Thank you. |

Hi Most probably, this is an issue of video codecs on your system. Try to install some of the latest codec packs like Windows Essentials, K-Lite or similar. |
