Hi, cannot open avi in my ipisoft v1.3. Error message as follow:

Message:
Cannot open file. Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Most probably, this is an issue of video codecs on your system. Try to install some of the latest codec packs like Windows Essentials, K-Lite or similar.

Thanks, I got it working after installing the codec pack.
