Hello, One of my workstation crashed and I had to re-image it and since I did not get a chance to deactivate my license, I can not reinstall the software. I have both the basic key and also the software update key for standard. I cannot update to standard since I get an error when trying to activate. I've tried automatic activation and manual. I get a nag screen saying "Can't upgrade because installation parameters are different" Please help. Thanks, Manguy |

I am experiencing a similar issue. I somewhat recently upgraded to a new graphics card and Windows 8.1. I had to re-install mocap studio but it will not take my license key no matter what install I use (I had three earlier versions on my computer and the latest version 2.x from the site and version 3. I'm not expecting version 3 to work but I had version 2 working before the upgrades. And I can't get the earlier versions to even install (un-supported OS error). I sent an e-mail to support but haven't received a response yet (it is less than 24 hours, but I was really hoping to have things set up my now). |
