I plug the dongle to other PC,it works, but on my pc,the IPI recorder always results"seeking of bluetooth adapter"
I want to buy a new pc,what hardware should I choose???PLEASE

Maybe, you just need to install the driver for this dongle on your PC? Some BT dongles are supported by the standard drivers that come with the OS, others are not.
