Post subject:  Mocap studio is functioning extremely slowly for new project

Recently (past 2 days) , Ipi mocap studio has started to run extremely slowly, the performance hit is simmilar to a bug I encountered back when upgrading to windows 8.1 , where stereoscopic nvidia drivers would interfere with ipisoft and cause the program to get bogged down rendering everything twice. the symptoms I am encountering feel simmilar to that, but these are the specifics.

- when opening an old project file , ipisoft works fine. (high framerate, everything is good)
- when creating a new project, ipisoft bogs down, working at an extremely reduced framerate.
- when attempting to bring in a new calibration file, ipisoft will get stuck and spend an infinite amount of time in the "detecting ground plane" phase (literally 9 hours+). it will keep going like this until "detecting ground plane" is cancelled.
-when detecting ground plane is cancelled, I can now see everything that I expect to, but moving the viewport results in an extremely low framerate. unworkable.
-when attempting to Play the video, nothing happens and the program hangs. when manually scrubbing the video, the scrub can take up to 4-5 minutes to update, then it will show me the correct frame of the video that I scrubbed to.
- when attempting to run a "calibrate from 2d plane" function, I again get this inifnite hang problem.

If anyone has any ideas. I'm bamboozled, I've done a reinstall of my nvidia drivers, then an uninstall of sterescopic drivers, and a reinstall of ipisoft studio, but the issues still persist. Please help

Hi
First of all, what is your GPU and do you have the latest drivers from NVIDIA installed?
