Post subject:  ps move sometimes freeze and lose informations

I have a big problem, i'm using 3 ps move at the same time that connects on built-in bluetooth (a good station I7, 16 GO, sata3, geforce 660 ti, win 7 x64) , all is ok, but some times, ps moves freezes for a while (15 frames) and this cause data loss. i changed to use a bluetooth adapter, the same thing. NB: i have no obstacle like walls between the controller and the ps move, and this problem accurs even when i'm not recording. i dont know if theres a problem known in ipi recorder, if my ps move is obsolete (i have 3 ps moves and the same problem)... thanks for help !!

What models of Bluetooth adapters have you tried?
What is the distance between BT-adapter and the actor?
Does this issue occur when using less than 3 PS Move controllers?

The built in bluetooth is an asus “Atheros Communications” and the other adapter is an “Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd”

The distance is about 4 meters but I tried to move the controller without recording with a distance about 60 centimeters, the same thing and I used only one ps move, in fact the problem is the same with 1 ps move, or 3 ps moves, if I record or not, if the actor is far or from, it’s always the same problem.

Maybe there is some electromagnetic noise which interferes the BT traffic.
You can try to:
  • disable other wireless devices in the area, like Wi-Fi
  • record in another room
