Hey All, I'm struggling a bit to get my PS Move controllers paired. I've tried on two different Win8 64bit machines and I cannot get anything to happen. I've tried the MiJ installation/drivers with no luck. In iPiSoft I cannot get past the "Please, connect your PlayStation Move controller to USB" screen. I connect over USB and I hear the little Windows connection made noise but iPiSoft doesn't do anything. I'm pretty sure that my BT dongle is unsupported by MiJ as I've read bad things about it (Kinivo BTD-400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB adapter) but I think there are a lot of other issues going on too. I've tried using the internal BT with my Surface3Pro and the same thing happens. Any help is appreciated. |

In Windows 8/8.1, the PS Move can only be used with Motion in Joy drivers, unfortunately. After connecting using MiJ, there is no need to run the pairing in iPi Recorder (pressing the ADD DEVICE button) - the PS Move should be visible in the device list right from the start. If you have a BT dongle unsupported with MiJ, consider getting a supported one (like ASUS USB-BT211). Or make the MiJ driver to support your dongle using instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kW0t65_MwWE |

I was not able to get motioninjoy to support my usb dongle by editing the inf file. Instead I ordered ASUS BT211 and it worked. I created a tutorial in case it can benefit others: http://www.madguru.com/learn/ps-move-setup Adnan Hussain http://www.madguru.com |
