3Ds Max Biped Fingers

Hi I was wondering if any one figured out why when I load a 3ds Max biped BVH into a biped.

Everything works fine except for the thumb,

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Yep, the thumb is an issue and iPi has been notified of it, maybe it can't be fixed, as iPi uses the same rig for all exports.

Usually, when you load the BVH file on a biped skeleton, you can add a layer and correct any bones to proper orientation, (shoulders, feet,

fingers, any bones), plot it down and it will fix it, then if you want you can add or change hand poses, different than was used in iPi (copy/paste) them where you wish.

Save it to a BIP and on re-load all bones will remain oriented correctly, as long as were oriented correctly to the mesh when weighted.

Don't add too many to a libray, or the Save will slow down a bit, Save library to file then delete pose library before final Save helps if you have a large amount of copied

poses, postures, or tracks in it.
