On further recordings the issue returned, I dropped back a couple updates and tested and the issue showed up there too.
I was upgrading hardware and testing more cameras and iPi updates also, all I could do was the process of elimination to figure it out.
This lead me to buy 2 new Moves, I don't have a console to test them and none I could borrow.
For some reason they went bad, or were going bad all along, why the results weren't optimal from them on each recording, even though each time the calibration was successful.
I can't have sporadic results with what I am doing, replacing them was the only correction.

P.S.
Nice work on the update iPi team, the head tracking is much more stable, the ground plane is now at proper height with my camera calibration, actor scaling is more stable and
the fix on the shoulders for the biped export.
