I am facing another problem, now I am using two different systems for 2 different kinects
one is working fine, but 2nd kinect is getting disconnected automatically every time within a min.
System config is as mentioned on website
I am not able to record any videos.

can anyone please help me in this

Please provide the trace log from iPi Recorder after Kinect disconnects. To get it, press the button at top-right corner.

Have you tried different USB 3.0 ports for connection?
Just in case, have you run Kinect configuration verifier to ensure this PC is suitable for Kinect2?
