Hi , I am facing another problem, now I am using two different systems for 2 different kinects one is working fine, but 2nd kinect is getting disconnected automatically every time within a min. System config is as mentioned on website I am not able to record any videos. can anyone please help me in this Thanks. |

Hi Please provide the trace log from iPi Recorder after Kinect disconnects. To get it, press the button at top-right corner. Have you tried different USB 3.0 ports for connection? Just in case, have you run Kinect configuration verifier to ensure this PC is suitable for Kinect2? |
