This is quite tedious, I used Mocap Studio 3 before and worked fine, but since an update or something it won't start anymore. Keeps giving this error and shutting down, I even tried formatting my computer and re-installing everything but no avail. Would be really nice if you guys could fix this issue, cause it basicly makes it impossible to work with. This is the error Log : iPi Mocap Studio version 3.2.2.189 [<unknown>] ENVIRONMENT OS: Microsoft Windows NT 6.3.9600.0 (64 bits) .NET: 4.0.30319.42000 CPU count: 4 GPU Information: NVIDIA GeForce GTX Hi Try removing the values GPU Hardware and GPU Selection from this registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\iPi Soft\iPi Mocap Studio 3 |

I tried and erased the GPU Hardware value but couldn't find the GPU Selection. ![]() Still getting the same error : ![]() Thanks for the response though. |

OK then, it seems that Mocap Studio falsely detects that Intel HD3000 supports DirectX 11 while it does not. We'll make improvements to detection. In the meanwhile, if you don't use the integrated HD3000 GPU for other apps, try to disable it. First in Device Manger (right click > Disable). If it does not helps, then look for corresponding setting in BIOS. |
