Hi there, I just downloaded the iPiSoft Mocap Studio 30-day trial and after it was all set, it says my trial is expired. It hasn't even been a day! What can I do to fix this? I have tried re-installing and everything I can think of. Is there a way to get a replacement trial license? |

Hello Please let us know the approximate time (including a time zone) at which you have activated the trial. |

OK, thanks. Our logs show that on the same PC, the trial version had been activated about a year ago, in November 2014. That's why it is expired now. The trial period is reset only when major update is released (eg v4), but not for minor updates. You can get a new trial period by installing v3 on another PC. |
