Tried to switch ports but useless.
PS: Yestreday it worked fine on almost every combination of usb ports.

I'm assuming you're using the older Kinect. Do you have separate USB controllers for each Kinect? I don't think you can run two on a single controller, probably not reliably anyway.

Maybe there are multiple drivers for Kinect on your PC, and they conflict.
Try to uninstall all items from Add/Remove Programs which contain the word 'Kinect'. And then install Kinect SDK v1.8.

Still the same.
I even tried to install another kinect drivers, but the problem stays.
And there cant be problems with usb ports, since i have 4 usb-controllers
What i have installed so far:

Problem may be not with the number of USB controllers (if you're sure about it), but with compatibility.
For example Kinect v1 has known compatibility issue with Intel 8x/9x chipset family USB controller.

I figured out.
If i chose Depth only - both cameras will work. Is it enought to work?

That does make it sound like a controller issue, either compatibility or you have two connected to one compatible controller (although I'm not 100% sure you can connect two Kinects to one controller.) If you disconnect one of them, can the other one suddenly handle both depth and RGB? If so, that might present some clues about where the problem is.

As for whether it's necessary to capture the RGB stream, it depends.

In tracking, I've found RGB is helpful as visual reference in certain situations but it's not absolutely needed.

In calibration, if you're using a maglite then, yes, RGB is necessary, but it's not needed if you use the plane method.

...

Same issue I always had when trying to run 2-Kinect 360, can only run 2 in Depth only mode on 640 x 480 with Studio 2 version.

I never tried 2-Kinect 360 on Studio 3 version.

That's strange because I never had that issue with 360--I always recorded from both devices with RGB enabled.

Well, these were actually the original Kinect for Windows sensors which did have a few technical differences with the XBox 360 model but I don't think that would cause this issue. I dunno...maybe.

...

Didn't the K360 only have pic-n-pic RGB viewing for dual or more cams in Studio 2?

Couldn't get the full side by side on monitor.

I remember having this issue with Studio 2 and dual Kinect 360 though.
