OK, then you can try the following workaround.
Create a BVH file with desired skeleton and import it into iPi Studio for motion transfer.
For instance, here is a skeleton similar to iPi skeleton but with zero rotations in T-pose and MotionBuilder-friendly bone names, with corresponding iPi motion transfer profile:
