it's better then it was but still not enough.
Any tips?

If you like, you may provide your calibration video to us for review. Maybe we'll have more tips for you or will be able to get some good results.

We're here again trying to setup everything, today I'll get some more videos and I'll send you what we have. But how can I compress the video because right now it has like... 4gb of size.

I was also reading some stuff about the Raw Bayer mode, do I need to activate it or does it record in this mode automatically when you're usign PS Eye?

Other stuff we think we're getting wrong is the camera setup, should every camera be at the same distance as eachother? (that's my friend's theory because iPiMocap uses distance between camera's 1 and 2, and he thinks that every camera should have the same distance apart because of that)

Should we mark the center and have all cameras pointing at the center? (That seems common sense but we're really thinking about it, we tried pointing at the center and not).

Enabling raw Bayer mode was actual for iPi Recorder v1. Now it is used by default. To reduce file size in v2 you can try to enable JPEG compression while recording (this significantly increases CPU load). Also, it is usually sufficient to make a calibration video of about 1 minute. Anyway, we have no problem in downloading a 4Gb file from some cloud storage like Google Drive :)

There is absolutely no need in equal distances between camera, or in pointing strictly to the center. Distance between cameras 1 and 2 is used to determine the scale of the scene, numbers are just for convenicence.
