I have the basic license and it doesn't tell me how many action cameras I can use. Edit: I'm looking to record offline and not live. |

Limits come to play when processing a video file in Mocap Studio. It doesn't matter whether you got an iPiVideo right from live recording or after merging videos from action cams. So for Basic it's 6x color cameras. You can record with more cameras if you like, but you'll have to choose up to six ones for merging to an iPiVideo and processing in Mocap Studio. |

If I upgrade my license will I be able to use 16 cameras then? Also is there a discount for someone using basic if they should want to upgrade the license? |

Yes, with Pro edition you'll be able to process videos recorded with up to 16 color cameras. However, you should understand that the more cameras you use the less is processing speed. 6 cameras are usually sufficient for capturing a single actor.
