I'm currently trying to do a vtuber test project for some streams I'd love to do and chose UE4.
My main and current issue is the left and right chest, clavicle, limbs and singular head leaf bone cords are severely spread out and misaligned with the model leading to a stretched/wirey look.

Things I've tried-

Scaling model/skeleton mesh size(in blender and UE4), adjusting names, adjusting the weight painting, tried different export and import settings-

lost track of the combinations of settings I've done- none succeeded in minimizing my issue-potentially missing a particular string of settings I haven't tried yet.

Any and all questions I can answer or can provide videos and screen shots further detailing my issue- apologies for my imperfect language if any I don't may not have the words necessary to fully detail my issue in correct terms associated with game engines, 3D modeling, and iPi.
